Paul Marcaccio is a Director of DAK Holdings and Managing Director of DCE Group Holdings, parent company of Dark Castle Entertainment.
As Managing Director of DCE Group Holdings, Marcaccio provides direct operational oversight of Dark Castle Entertainment, the organization’s U.S. based entertainment businesses.
Marcaccio previously served as CFO of OEG Inc. and has been a key driver of the organization for almost 25 years. Prior to the staged divestiture of the Rexall Pharmacy Group in 2012 and 2016, Marcaccio had direct oversight of the business and was instrumental in the acquisition and development of the sports and entertainment businesses. Before joining Katz Group in 2002, Marcaccio spent 22 years with PwC LLP, including 10 years as a Corporate Finance partner. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master of Business Administration and is a CPA, CA.
